This is the response I get after working hard to get a refund on an obvious fraud case. The seller is in China and obviously sells so much on Facebook that they are too big to deal with individual claims. After trying to work things out with them, I tried PayPal. In both cases I felt that my little $40 purchase was not worth the effort of either company to try to resolve.
