Fraud and log in changed! Unauthorised transactions.
I have another Paypal account that has been hacked and 2 unauthorised transactions have been made. My bank have said to contact paypal but I believe that the person who has used my (other) account has also changed my log in details so that I cannot log in an access my account/speak with paypal to rectify the problem. Please help!
I'm sorry to hear you're running into some issues reporting unauthorized activity on your account. I'd recommend reaching out to our Customer Support by clicking Contact and then Message Us at the bottom of the PayPal page. They're also available through Twitter direct message or Facebook instant message.
