Hello, I am writing this to ask anyone who has encountered fraudulent activity and a double charge.
The urgent matter is the double charge, I was asked to provide the 4 digit code from the transaction that charged me for 1.50$ in order to confirm and verify my card. I cannot find that number in my mobile banking app or on my banks website. I thought that I'd give it some time and maybe it will show up. Today I was chareged 5$ with the same transaction code as the previous charge from PayPall (B91...). Due to this company not having 24/7 customer support line I am asking anyone who has encountered this and had the problem resolved or at least explained, to tell me what am I supposed to do from here on now ?
