Hi I recently ordered from a website only to realise the PayPal account I sent money to is in Chinese and the website is either fraudulent or selling fake goods. I have tried to contact them and have been met with radio silence. I paid using my bank card which has now been cancelled but how can I let paypal know that the account is being used to defraud people.
