Fraud Seller - With bogus software having bugs 1 month wasted
then raised dispute with PayPal as errors and error and more errors there all time, PayPal closed dispute without refunds.
When I contacted seller, using abusive language and he is self-esteem person cant listen his bugs are there and screenshot and all details shared.
He still thinks he owns the money and PayPal helped him to keep the funds by closing the dispute.
Screenshot of his abusive lang given to PayPal team but their staff named Swathi replied with a predefined or saved reply. Is this a customer service if so then to whom shall I contact now?
It was not expected from PayPal that they will ignore all details and screenshots provided of all communication with seller.
What can be done? Please help!
