I placed two separate orders from two completely different websites for different products.  After payment using my Paypal account I discovered that payment for both orders was made to <Removed>.

Both orders were shipped and when received I discovered that the items received were not as advertised.  When I contacted the company I received an email with very poor grammar.  Rather than offer to ship a replacement product they offered to give me a discount on what I paid but asked for banking information.  When I insist that they correct their mistake they claim that it is my responsibility to pay for return shipping.

I have filed a complaint for resolution with Paypal and am waiting for a response.  Looking online it appears as though this is common practice for<Removed> and basically a scam to both steal your money by shipping inferior products which are not what was ordered but then to also collect bank information.

File a claim with the FTC It's very easy to do Include PayPal in the complaint as they seem to be part of the scam. Also someone on this site has filed a class action suit and have included the link.

I purchased and item off their website: Sharkeshop I’m the beginning of December. I didn’t receive anything until the end of January, and it was on half of the product (which I could not use without the other half.) I called PayPal and told them what happened and they said that Dongguan said they are not sending the other half, and to return what I had received for a refund. I mailed that item back January 29th and here we are in May, and I still do not have my money or what I ordered. The company is claiming they never received the order since there is no tracking number outside of the country. PayPal is believing them, and not me. I also sent PayPal a snapshot of the custom form and proof of payment.

There are 36 pages of complaints on this company and on 35 pages of those PayPal sided with the scam company. There are class actions being files against both that company and PayPal. In addition...there is a govt. site that people are filing with. I'll get that info to you and I suggest you file both places.

Just spent 2 hours with PayPal chat and guess what. They can't help me. They say I need to appeal again. I'm so **bleep** at these people now. I'm calling the PayPal credit company to try them since that's what I used so everyone cross your fingers toes arms legs and even your eyes lol. If you used credit the number i[Removed. Phone #s not permitted] I'll be back after this next step to let all of you know if we have any chance at all.

I'm pretty sure that at this point all I can do is call my credit card company as Paypal is absolutely useless.

I was actually able to talk to a person after I ranted on their facebook page about their poor customer service. Somebody actually contacted me on messenger and I sent them all the details including screenshots of email conversations and shop policy. They said they forward the case to their specialists and that they would get back to me. That was almost a week ago now, haven't heard from anyone and don't think I will.

Good luck with all you are doing. I reported both the scam company and Paypal to Ecommerce.gov. There are also class actions being filed. Funny thing here...if you complain to FB they don't respond at all, but yet continue to accept advertising dollars. I guess they get a lot if money. Whenever I see one of their ads, I leave nasty feedback. At some point something will work.

I would love to have that information. This has got to stop. If I was the first person harmed that would be different. But knowing now that they, PayPal,had been warned many times about this fraudulent company and have done nothing to protect the consumer, that is a crime too. They benefit from the fake address in so far as not having to pay out for freight. In a clear case of fraud, PayPal should immediately refund the money and require the item to be shipped back at the company's expense.

I feel there are enough people harmed by PayPal's failure to protect the consumer from this (and probably many similar companies) company to start a class action suit. Does anyone know an attorney that handles cases like this? PayPal claims they remove companies that act in a fraudulent manor yet they continue to let this company do harm. In fact their policy allows companies to get away with the fraud by providing fake return addresses and demanding that proof of delivery be shown before they give a refund. PayPal should, upon evidence of a fraudulent act, return the funds and if the fake company wants their crap back they have to supply a prepaid shipping label.

I agree... I just went through the same thing last week trying to return an item, and didn’t have a mailing address, and i don’t kno if anyone has noticed, but there is no return address on the mailer when you receive your package... I mailed 8 rolls of toilet tissue back to them on Tuesday that cost me $43, with a guarantee from a PayPal that’s not a guarantee now that I’ve come out of pocket again.... Then the **bleep** sent me an email today denying my claim, claiming I didn’t send the tracking info... Of course you kno I am livid!! Outdone!! PayPal is definitely working with this shiesty company, they all need to go down.. This is some BS..
