Fraud Charge Backs

Has anyone received a charge from “Irene<removed>”? I had several unauthorized charges to my business account, two of which were from the above recipient. One of those charges was accepted as unauthorized, the other was approved as a “goods received” purchase. I did not authorize a payment for that amount, or to that recipient. Who is this person and has anyone else encountered this?

Hi @JET12,

 

I'm sorry to hear that one of the transactions you disputed was not found in your favor. Please contact PayPal customer service to appeal the decision. You can let them know that one was found to be unauthorized and the other was not, and you believe that this was done in error.
