Hi guys need some help I signed up to a bodybuilding forum that needed pay access to it, I used it for a few months and then cancelled it, they then offered a one time deal for a years subscription for half price which I then took, however I have not used it at all the past 6 months minimum and low and behold it has auto renewed itself for another year only a few days ago, I’ve opened a resolution case, the seller is not providing a refund as they say it’s my fault for not cancelling, why can’t they just easily refund it? And what can PayPal do for me in this instance?
