This company advertised on Facebook a while ago
I bought an electrical item to reduce my electricity bills from them
I tried to cancel as it hadnt arrived within 6 weeks and I was leaving the States
They refused to cancel it
It arrived after 3months but I was no longer at that address
My step father got it and Fortunia gave him an address to mail it back to them. That was last October 2020.
They received the item but claim they cannot issue a refund because my bank and paypal still have it listed as an ongoign investigation. This is false
They closed the investigation in December. It is now mid March 2021 and still they claim they cannot refund me
