Hi, I've been unable to do anything with my account since December of 2020. It says I have an 180 days hold it's been 6 months since then. It is July 2nd 2021 now and still PayPal hasn't sent any form or email to me or via mail about how to get the money being held in my PayPal plus account I have tried everything to get notice on what about of the matter. And still no answers

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
