Hi, I made a formal complaint to PayPal today. I'm wondering if they ever actually received it as I haven't received an acknowledgment of it and there is nothing in the message centre. How can I check that they received it without having to call them? Thanks
I now feel like complaining about their complaint system!

No, it's not a duplicate post. It's in a similar vein to another post by someone else who is experiencing the same problem as myself (and hasn't received a satisfactory answer). I replied to his post.
