Forge of Empires related scam

My account has been used by someone and it was not me.

it paid repeatedly for diamonds on forge of empires using both my own and my brother's credit card.

i am assuming my account has been targetted by scammers and/or hackers?

i really need to get a refund for all of this and to stop the hackers asap, as my entire credit card of over 11000 israeli shekels has been cleared, and my brother's credit card also lost almost 16000 shekels.

further details:

my account's name is named after my brother's real name and a swear word in russian (apparently) as it's last last name, which is weird since he never entered his name on my account and on his account he's named "jack rogan".

i've also removed my credit cards from my account for the time being, so whoever is hacking it won't keep draining me and my brother's money.

further research: the payments have started on march the 12nd, which is strange, as both me and my brother have created our accounts (or returned to playing the game) a month later on april the 5th.

if you were hacked......

Click on the transaction in your paypal account and use the 'report a problem' link at the bottom to report it as unauthorised if that is what it was.

An unauthorised transaction means that your Paypal account was hacked and used without your consent.
If Paypal check IP addresses / devices etc and find that it was hacked then yes you should receive your refund.

I hope you changed your password and security questions?
I hope you ran a virus scan on your computer?
I would also be telling my card issuers and bank accounts company that the account was hacked so that they can keep an eye on your account OR remove the financial info involved until things are sorted.
