Hello, my account is limited and Paypal ask me the SSN number, I don't have SSN, I only have EIN and formation certificate, I'm a foreigner with a LLC company in the US.
Were you able to get your account's limitation removed? Please would you mind sharing your experience? I am also a non-resident US alien looking to open a US Paypal Business account. If you have some advice if would helps us a lot.
