Hello, I wanted to ask how long will I get my money back? The lawsuit is being filed because I mistakenly sent the money to the wrong person and would like to recover it. Another man is waiting for me to transfer money to him.

If you mean you filed a dispute for non receipt of item then you would have to escalate to a claim and wait for paypal to find in your favour.
