I booked and paid my aunt's Cebu Pacific flight via PayPal. I received the itinerary, but my family decided to get a refund for my aunt's cancelled flight last May. I didn't receive the refund. I called the Customer Service of Cebu Pacific, & they stated "6-Months". They also said that I need to contact PayPal for the refund.
Please help me. I don't understand the 6-Month Rule.
