OK My Account has Limitations applied. So (??) how do I clear them.
Yes I have tried to email PayPal but the responses have nothing to do with my issues.
I can see what my Limitations are but I have no idea how to clear them.
I am currently snookered and cannot use my account to buy or pay for things
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
