I filled a claim with Paypal over an esclated dispute on the (12 May), I was told to wait for the Seller to reply with 11 days. On the (23 May) The seller has not responded and Paypal have not looked into the case. What am I supposed to do at this point, Paypal have a poor helpline which controlled by an automated computer.
