I purchased a item from a seller, He gave me several tracking numbers and I filed a dispute with PayPal and low and behold the item arrived. What I received was totally different as in the doll should have been 17 inches and it was 17cms and nothing like which was advertised.
I am trying to file another dispute but when I go into the transaction to report the problem there is no where to do it. I go to the resolution centre and there is only two options 1. unauthorised transaction - or a billing issue. I have sent all the details to PayPal via the message centre but haven't heard from them. Help! The seller is a scam and has done this to a couple of people that I know
