I purchased an item on November 20, 2020. The item was never sent to me due to shipping issues on the sellers end. They said it was due to the global shipping crisis. The seller kept pushing back the shipping date for 6 months. Now I'm trying to get a refund, but PayPal's resolution system can't process the claim since it has been past 180 days. What can I do? Please advise.

Sadly nothing after 180 days, you can try your card issuer if you funded your paypal payment that way but it may be too late for their protection policies as well.

Kudos / Solution appreciated.
