I filed a dispute in august for something a bought in june from a scammer. Paypal has changed the contact date at least 3 times. So far it says december 18. Since my dispute, the website has shut down but was open up till a few weeks ago. If paypal says they cant do anything cuz the website is closed i will lose it. They had all this time in the world to try to contact them. My lawyer will sue both paypal and the scammer.
