I filed a claim because I never received an Item, Opened after not receiving it in August 13th and it was already several weeks late, Paypal took months to resolve issue. I contacted seller and no response from them except it was shipped, or labeled , or shipped. Paypal kept extending the date of resolving claim.... finally On October 10th I received package...and on October 15th Paypal said claim was resolved, really paying for my item and received months later doesn't justify the amount I paid for item and shipping. Horrible support from PAYPAL Don't purchase items from Seller info ShengGuo
