So I originally filed a dispute for unauthorized transactions but paypal closed the case because they didn't find anything wrong. So no I was wondering how do I file a claim or even can I anymore?
I’m going through exactly same senario as you so hope someone comes along soon with an answer. I’m flabbergasted that this can happen and PayPal do nothing about it.
