Hi, bought an iPhone on Ebay.. didn’t use for a week after receipt and now 3/4 wks from use the battery performance is poor. Raised case on PayPal but refused - how do I dispute this?

Sounds as if you did but lost?

Paypal covers your for items received but SIGNIFICANTLY not as described, I don't think poor battery performance would qualify to be fair.
