Hello I was bought CNC router, seller with UK vat number, posted from Germany. Unfortunately, not working well, and was broken in first days of use. Seller posted broken parts, weeks for delivery. After repair I was try again and realise is broken mechanically (or bad work quality) have too big holes for bearings and this make cuts not straight, not accurate. Now is clue. PayPal award me right to return this item. But seller provide address at "far deep" China. Item costs£450, postage back £500, it's my expense. Item is in 2 boxes total 30kg. It's right? I was try ask PayPal Customer service and "yes you need pay for postage back for faulty item". What's next with this problem? My router not working and I lost money if return. Seller not responding for any contact.
