Hi, I bought a new item on eBay for £50 and in 4 months its become faulty. I contacted the seller on eBay and he said nothing he could do. No repair or replacement. So contacted Paypal and filed item as not described as I couldn't see an option for faulty goods. Anyway, PayPal decided in the seller's favour even though I've got an item I can't use anymore.
Is this what PayPal is about, protecting rip off merchants?
