Hi Guys looking some advice, I bought a childs electric car back on 24th Oct for £364, it has since stopped working about 8 weeks ago, I contacted the supplier who at first did engage with me but has since stopped all communication with me and they have ignored all e mails, will paypal help me with this issue as the purchase is not 6 mts old and Under the Consumers Rights Act 2015 Chapter 2 section 23 and Chapter 2 section 30, I believe I have given the company sufficient time to supply a replacement part, and this has not happened and is now causing significant inconvenience to me as the consumer, I formally asked for a replacement vehicle of the same make and model or a full refund and the removal of the car by the company but again no reply. any advice?
