hey I have created my new paypal verified account and my friend sent me money through family and friends services which he has borrowed from me but he reported it as unauthorized transaction and he stopped talking to me and its been like 3 days Paypal hasn’t given any decision on this transaction is still on hold. Do anybody know how long they will take?
