Hi - I hired a remote access tech company, Upwork, in August to help connect my printer. I hired them twice for 1 hour each at $10/hour. That's it. Suddenly in February, they started saying they were working on my account and charged me. This is completely false. The technician said it was a mistake and would refund me. It's still not refunded. PayPal says it's resolved because I signed some contract. This is not true. It's not a lot of money but I don't like that this can happen. Any suggestions?
