Shame on PayPal...for not reimbursing your customers. Where is that “PayPal Protection”. I was also duped by an online website. I Ordered yard edging and got one of those fake UPS tracking number emails. But never got the merchandise. I see I’m not the only one this has happened too. PayPal denied my claim twice and sided with the scammer because they provided fraudulent proof of delivery.
