Hi,

PayPal is supporting the fraud under the name of buyer protection 😞

here is my story :

I have purchased a bicycle from Indonesian website, after 2 days he provided a tracking number and website for the cargo company, everything was perfect and the website looking good, after some time I tried to track but the website not working with error message " contents copyrighted " i did some research and i found it is fake website there is no shipping company with this name.

after reaching the expected delivery time i have opened dispute because the seller is not responding to me "of course", but he provide the same tracking information to PayPal and he won the case, i tried to make PayPal understand that is fraud case and i didn't receive the item but nobody want to listen me.

sorry for the long story but is there any chance to get my money back or i have to forget them ?

APPEAL

To submit an appeal on the dispute that was closed, PayPal asks that you obtain a detailed report from the shipper/courier (on their letterhead or some other form of official stationary) that includes the address the seller gave them for the shipment. Or one that includes a statement mentioning your address and saying the item was delivered to a different address.
Check tracking in below link to see where it went.
<removed>

When you have that, contact PayPal via phone (log on to your account and click Contact at the bottom of the page, however that may not be an option at the moment due to covid), or via Facebook (send a Private Message to PayPal) or via Twitter (send a Direct Message to @AskPayPal) and say you want to appeal the denial of the dispute based on the shipper saying the item was delivered to a different address. Once it's submitted (you will be provided with directions on how to do that), the dispute will be reviewed further and a determination will be made.

You also have the option to contact your card issuer if you funded your paypal payment that way and see if they will do a chargeback for you.

Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

Thanks  Kernowlass for your valued information, I have contacted them already by direct messages and I got refund after long discussion, also my card issuer told me they are ready to help me in that but will take little longer process than PayPal.

I hope your information helps other people to get their money back . thanks
