Fake seller

Hi

I think I bought shoes from a fake seller because the contact link is not working and also because i see another website exactly the same but with another name. I checked and this is the same compagny name. What can I do? I opened a claim but paypal closed it. I wanted them to check the seller. Maybe they can ask him.

You probably filed the wrong claim. Reporting transaction as unauthorized payment is for when someone else without your knowledge or permission used your account to make a payment. this is not what happened with you. You authorized this payment nevertheless, even though you sent it to a questionable/fake seller so PayPal denied your claim.

 

Or, you reported a problem within 7 days of payment and the system is not allowing you to do it until 7 days have passed.

 

Contact customer service to change the reason for the claim to Item Not Received or wait 7 day before reporting a problem as "item not received" again.

 

To contact customer service:

Log on, click HELP on top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US or other contact options.

Always do research on the shop/merchant before paying. If you find no info, buy from somewhere else.
