We have a monthly pla subscription site with recurring payments. So some users reported that they made the payments but the payments were not made in our paypal account but in someones else account which is not ours and it is from c China and has different email than we do.
So how can we see what happens at the moment between the moment that user clicks register in our site and the moment of payment in paypal?
