Fake online website

I have purchased items and then discovered that this is a fake website.

I reported this as unautorised but PayPal told me this was authorised.

I have been trying to come in contact with paypal but the message center looks down.

I can not reply to Paypal on the fact that they say it was authorised.

I feel realy bad about this, I am scammed. The only reason I trusted the website was because they use Pay pal...

Anyone know what to do?
