Hello. Just got an email from paypal that I sent 160£ to a person...never heard about this name and haven’t done any transfer. The money is missing from my account. How could I claim my money back? Thanks.
I'm so sorry to hear about the unauthorized transaction! If you have not already done so, please report the transaction to PayPal. The process in that link will also help you to re-secure your account to prevent further unauthorized activity.
