Fake bestonlineshop website

Has anybody had problems with this website "bestonlineshop "? I purchased two items on July 24th. I have not received any order conformation. Has anyone received items they have purchased from this website?

I have as well on July 12. Contacted their customer support as well and have zero responses. The website has since been taken down as well, so all I have is my invoice. Hopefully they (PayPal) follow through with their recovery.

I have had the same problem.

Nintendo switch ordered £249.99 etc ... sophia the automated responder replied .

Tried getting in touch with Paypal ... got one email saying they needed more info .... sent more info  and now have not  heard anything for 3 weeks.

Have sent 4 emails now and i get the same response from Paypal ' saying thank you for your response and patience!!

Is anyone getting through to Paypal ?

I cannot lodge a dispute because i cannot find the transaction from Paypal but it shows on my credit card .

Any ideas on who to get them to pay attention or are we all in same boat here!!
