It appears that someone has set up a fake paypal account and has been making many small withdrawals from my bank account linked to my legit account. It appears that this has been ongoing for a couple of years. I can't reach anyone at Paypal--there is no number to call and no one on the messaging function ever responds. I need to get the fake account shut down, but obviously, since this is not my account, I can't do it. And, again, Paypal has been of no help whatsoever.
