I am very sorry to bother you with this matter. It seems very difficult for PayPal to understand that a charge in Japanese Jens was a fraud. I did pay it against my intentions. It did not go to the US Border Control as a payment of my ESTA visa and it was not the amount of $14usd that I was supposed to pay. This fraudulent website directed me to PayPal and I did not realise I had made a payment to a fake website against my will. How can I claim Paypal to reimburse me those $78 in Japanese Jens that were charged from me. I highly value your time and effort and understanding on this case. PayPal can clearly see that it's not a payment that I have done before. I have no idea where those Japanese Jens went and I did not get anything in return, no service nor any product. Thank you for helping me and PayPal in correcting this.
