Failing to checkout and successfully pay

I am continuously getting and error message for any payments: Things don't appear to be working at the moment. Please try again later.

 

Can someone tell me what could be the problem with my account.

Hi sgwavuya and welcome, 

 

I am sorry to hear that you are having such issues with your account. It sounds like you may need to verify something on your account. If you go to the Resolution centre on your account you should see if there are any open requests for information.
