Paypal is complacent in this scam. People are buying item advertised on FB using Paypal to pay for them then the item never shows up or some little token item arrives to show delivered. Paypal then accepts this receipt as item delivered when it wasn't .
I placed several orders and never received any of the items in the ad. Complained to Paypal and they denied my claim out $200 lesson learned. Don't buy anything advertised on FB and don't trust Paypal has your back.
PayPal should be tracking these claims and take notice of a pattern, then cut any link to these companies, but I guess money is money and they don't care
