My Facebook account was hacked and then disabled. Before it was disabled an unauthorized payment was made. I disputed the claim but PayPal said that since I had a billing agreement set up it was not unauthorized and if I had an issue I'd need to contact the seller ie. Facebook. The problem is, since my Facebook account is disabled, I can't login or do anything with it until Facebook verifies my ID (which I submitted over 3 weeks ago). I also cannot dispute the transaction again because it was already "resolved". If I can't contact the "seller" to dispute the claim, what is the next step?
