My Account was hacked on August 27, they changed the language and changed the phone number on the account -- then they made $3000 in Bank Transfers by creating a PREPAID Visa Card on my account and None of these TRANSACTIONS were authorized! When I have tried to report this issue for over a week now to Pay Pal, I can only get automated answers that has not helped and I still cannot get a LIVE AGENT on the phone. When you call the PHONE NUMBER Pay Pal lists, once you mention fraud - it tells you to go online to file a complaint and hangs up on you. So if anyone can help me on this issue I would appreciate it because $3000 was stolen from my checking account and another $200 in Bank Fees. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!
