Extreme fraud help!

Hello, I’ve recently bought a digital item for 11.09 and they charged me 4 times on my bank statement BUT ON PAYPAL ACTIVITY THEY ONLY CHARGED ME ONCE!! I call paypal but I get put on hold for 40 minutes then suddenly call is failed! Please help me!

Contact your bank and see if they can recall the overspend.

@kernowlass Hey, I’ve called my bank and they said I need to get confirmation from paypal that they were unauthorised, which they were. On my statement I’ve been charged 11.09 for times in 4 different transactions. This is not supposed to happen as paypal ‘strictly moderate their purchases’ and I can’t call them as they had me on hold for over an hour an a half, and now their lines are closed, ridiculous!

Try calling at a quieter time, I get through ok then.

have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
