Recently had an a situation where I bought sandals from what I thought was "Clarks" shoes at 80% off. It was not really Clarks' shoes. Not being a seasoned online shopper, I didn't recognize that when I got directed to PayPal immediately to pay, it was a scam. I didn't receive any tracking number, or confirmation email and became concerned. I paid 63.00. After a period of time I contacted the PayPal Resolution center and explained the situation. Within two weeks, I received an email telling me that, it had closed in my favor and would be issuing my 63.00 back to my account. I received my money back in less than 5 days.
I was so impressed with how fast this matter was resolved. Number one, how fast the matter was resolved and then how quickly my money was returned to my account. Nothing but positive feedback for PayPal!!!
