Hey all. was scammed on Etsy. after I ordered from shop, they never sent tracking and shut down their page. I have to file a claim with PayPal, because thats who I paid through, but I checked out as a guest on PayPal for this order, and can seem to figure out how to file a claim or get a refund. anyone know what I can do?
If you need to open a dispute for a 'guest buyer' transaction then you can.......
1. Phone Paypal customer services and see if they will open one for you (difficult at the moment due to covid) OR 2. Contact your card issuer for a chargeback.
