Estimated resolution date keeps changing daily

Ordered a bed set and the mattress was not as advertised contacted the seller to be ignored bank advised to raise a dispute with PayPal as I did on the 9th August. Original resolution was 5th Sept it has been being pushed back daily since then. How long can this go on for and I'm really struggling to understand why? I have tried ringing and messaging PayPal and get no reply!!! I have a double mattress stranded in my spare room waiting to find out if I need to send it back to seller. Original purchase date was 22nd July 😔 desperate for some help!!!!!!

I'm in the same boat, my case was filed on July 29th, still no resolution, and date keeps getting moved back, on top of that there's no one you can talk to. Tried sending a message, it's like running in circles. I don't think i will use PayPal ever again, **bleep** company.
