Estimated Case Resolution Date Slipping

I started a dispute on 7/7/20 with Paypal and followed all of the steps requested. The seller responded on 7/20/20. Ever since then the status is listed as We're reviewing the info and the estimated case resolution date continues to slip and is now a week away (it always seems to be a week away from the date that I check it). Is there any way to get closure on this?
