Hello, I need advice on how to escalate a dispute to a claim. It says, that if the product doesnt arrive by friday 25th, i can open up a claim, but its been 30 mins and yet i cant do it. So im asking for help, is there a button somewhere or am i doing something wrong? Ive tried to find a solution online, but no luck.
