Long story short I have had a seller for a "to order item" string me along for four months and now he has cut contact for over a week. I logged a dispute on paypal, and when he did not reply to that for another 48 hours I escalated it to paypal. I outlined the issues and hit submit but then I was asked to log in to paypal again, then with no acknowledgement that I had submitted anything. Further more, the concerning thingis that the disputed item payment has disappeared from the resolution centre, and only the shipping cost dispute is visible. Is this normal? The shipping was $100, but the item was $500, so obviously that is my greater concern.
