Escalated claim still pending after deadline

Hello
I've bought an item from an online store on 8th of June, and after seeing that it hasn't even been shipped after nearly two weeks, on 19th of June I filed a dispute which was immediately escalated to a claim. The seller had to respond by 29th of June, but right now it is 4th of July and the status of the claim is still "Need Seller Response". Is there anything else I have to do? I sent PayPal a message through the provided platform, but I only got an automatic response with basic information on how a dispute/claim works. The money which I used to buy it was given to me by another person and I promised that person that I will return it as the item hasn't shipped even to this day, so it is kind of awkward.

Lots of posts on the same issue in the last few days.

Seems to be a delay on reviewing claims.

You can either wait it out or contact customer services for an update.
