Escalated claim still open

Hello,

 

I opened a case regarding a site owner that removed digital goods from users after purchasing. I escalated the claim and the seller had until the 3rd of July to respond to the case. He did not respond and it is now 9 days past that deadline. 

 

Do I have to wait a set period of time? Is there anything I need to do?

Lots of posts on the same issue in the last few days.

Seems to be a delay on reviewing claims.

You can either wait it out or contact customer services for an update.

Think Paypal claims dept are bogged down by the ZG technology debacle.
